Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.11.2019 regarding dividend declaration, corporate benefit was not adjusted in connection with declaration of 2 % stock dividend as they did not comply the BSEC Notification No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/222/admin/91 dated May 23, 2019. BSEC instructed not to further process (provisional crediting of bonus shares to respective BO accounts with regard to corporate action) until final approval at AGM as well as disposal of said violation.
