The auditor of the Samata Leather Complex Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended June 30, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 01. Inventory comprises closing stock of raw materials, Work in progress, finished goods and others amounting to Tk. 16,422,530 against which we could not physically verified any itemized list with unit price but management provided inventory certificate for the same.
