Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.11.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the cash dividend payable to general shareholders will be Tk. 2,72,989.48 (excepting Sponsor and Directors who hold 34,95,263 shares out of total 1,03,20,000 shares) for the year ended on June 30, 2024, instead of earlier declared Tk. 206,400.00. Other information will remain unchanged regarding this.
