The Board of Directors has recommended 10% cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2021. The Board of Directors has also decided in the said meeting to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the company from Tk. 20.00 crore to Tk. 50.00 crore by amending the Clause-V of the Memorandum of Association and Article- 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the 3rd Extra ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company as special Resolution.
