SAMORITA Corporate Disclosure — 9 November 2022

The auditor of the Samorita Hospital Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: The entity revalued its Land in 2013. However, as per Para-34, of IAS-16 it should be revalued within three to five years. Hence the entity non-comply with the said standard.

সমরিতা হসপিটাল লিমিটেডের অডিটর ৩০ জুন, ২০২২ সালের সমাপ্ত বছরের অডিটর রিপোর্টে "যোগ্য মতামত" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন। যোগ্য মতামতের ভিত্তি: সংস্থাটি ২০১৩ সালে তার জমির পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করেছে। তবে, অনুচ্ছেদ-৩৪ অনুযায়ী, IAS-16 এটি তিন থেকে পাঁচ বছরের মধ্যে পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করা উচিত। তাই সত্তা উল্লিখিত মান মেনে চলে না।
