With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 23.02.2016), regarding declaration of dividend and AGM, the Company has further informed that the 12th AGM, which was scheduled to be held on May 21, 2016, has been postponed due to inclement weather. The said AGM will now be held on May 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Summit Alliance Port Depot (West), Katghar, South Patenga, Chittagong-4204. All other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.
