The Company has sent minutes of its 11th AGM held on March 14, 2015 to DSE from which it has been revealed that the shareholders of the Company have resolved as a special resolution that the authorized capital of the Company to be increased from Tk. 2,000.00 million to Tk. 3,000.00 million as well as necessary amendments shall be made to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Article 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
