SAPORTL Board to Consider Audited Financial Statements for FY 2024–25 on 6 November 2025

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 06, 2025 at 2:35 PM instead of earlier declared October 28, 2025 at 2:35 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৯(১) অনুসারে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা ২৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ২:৩৫ টায় ঘোষিত হওয়ার পরিবর্তে ০৬ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ২:৩৫ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, অন্যান্য বিষয় বিবেচনা করা হবে।
