(Cont. News of SAPORTL): The Board has informed that the strike-off application has been approved by the Singapore authority and the company has now been officially struck-off. Accordingly, the Board of Summit Alliance Port Limited ratified the strike-off of the said subsidiary and approved the write-off/extinguishment of the investment in the books of accounts of the Company.
