(Continuation news of SAVAREFR): The board of directors have filled up the casual vacancy of statutory auditors by appointing current auditors for the financial year 2018-2019 in the company's 304th board meeting held on April 04, 2019 even though the current auditors has completed his consecutive three years statutory auditor. The Securities Law and DSE listing regulation, 2015 requires to changes the statutory auditor after exceeding consecutive three years. (cont.2)
