BSEC has accorded its Consent-in principal for the proposed Exit Plan of Savar Refractories Limited as per letter no. BSEC/SRMIC/94-75/119 dated May 07, 2023 under the condition no. 4(5) of the Commission's Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2020-379/17/Admin/114- dated 28 December 2020 subject to compliance of the provisions of the aforesaid Directive. In compliance of the said letter, trading of Savar Refractories Limited shall remain suspended with effect from today i. e. May 08, 2023.
