SBACBANK 3.5% Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended 3.50% Cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Board of Directors has also decided to hold an EGM to pass Special Resolutions with respect to making amendment in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company for - (i) Changing the Name of the Company from "South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Limited" to "SBAC Bank PLC"; (cont.1)
