The Company has further informed that, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2024 at 3:30 PM instead of April 29, 2024 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023.
