SBACBANK Corporate Disclosure — 29 May 2025

(Continuation news of SBACBANK): EPS has been decreased compared to same period of previous year mainly due to a decline in net interest income and non-interest income compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. NOCFPS has been increased compared to same period last year, primarily due to recovery of loans and higher cash flow from trading securities. NAVPS also decreased as a consequence of the reduced EPS.
