The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to operate a hotel business at Baridhara Diplomatic Zone in Dhaka on a rental agreement basis. A hotel namely La Villa Western will be operated by Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa Limited. Floor space of the proposed hotel is 15,000 sqft (Approx). The building is 8 storied with 26 rooms and two restaurants measuring 1000 sqft and 1700 sqft respectively. (cont.)
