(Continuation news of SEAPEARL): The total debt represents 75.52% of the Equity & Liabilities of the Company. Moreover, the Company has failed to pay regular installment of SPBRSL 20% Convertible Secured Bond since June, 2020. Due to this, the Company's liabilities has been increased significantly. Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to note no. 55.00 (a) and 55.00 (b) of the financial statement, which describes the contingent liability of the company. (cont.2)
