(Continuation news of SEAPEARL): in favour of ICB within 30 days and according the Company paid the said amount to ICB on 05-06-2022. On 27-06-2022 ICB issued a letter giving Tk. 28.85 crore interest waiver in favour of the Company. After this Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh passed an order on 29-08-2022 directing ICB to maintain status-quo in respect of all issues relating to loan liability of the Company and were further (cont.7)

(SEAPEARL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): 30 দিনের মধ্যে ICB-এর পক্ষে এবং কোম্পানি 05-06-2022 তারিখে ICB-কে উল্লিখিত অর্থ প্রদান করেছে। 27-06-2022 তারিখে ICB টাকা দিয়ে একটি চিঠি দিয়েছে। কোম্পানির অনুকূলে 28.85 কোটি সুদ মওকুফ। এর পর বাংলাদেশের সুপ্রীম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ 29-08-2022 তারিখে কোম্পানির ঋণের দায় সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত বিষয়ে স্থিতাবস্থা বজায় রাখার জন্য ICB-কে নির্দেশ দিয়ে একটি আদেশ জারি করে এবং আরও (চলমান)
