(Cont. news of SEAPEARL): subject to the following conditions and compliances: a) Buyer (GEM Global Yield LLC SCS) and sellers shall submit Off Market Transfer Request Form under CDBL Bye Laws 11.6 duly filled and signed by them with relevant documents at the time of purchase notice/sale intimation and in case of failure of payment by the investor excess share return to the sellers is also subject to the compliance of this process; (cont.3)
