(Cont. news of SEAPEARL): b) The seller will give prior notice (disclosure as per the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015/Chittagong Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, if requires) to the Commission and Stock Exchange(s) mentioning the intended quantity of shares at every tranche and pay applicable tax as per provisions of Income Tax Act, 2023; c) The settlement price of these intended quantity of shares at every tranche shall be at negotiated price as per SPA.
