(Cont. news of SEAPEARL): as per mode/conditions of settlement of SPA: f) All clearing and settlement through DPs will be ensured by the sellers and buyer at their discretion and own risk; g) Repatriation of the funds against these sale proceeds shall be subject to compliance with foreign exchange regulations; h) Before starting the execution of these transactions, both the buyer and sellers under SPA shall intimate to the Commission about their custodian detailed information; (cont.6)
