SEAPEARL Corporate Disclosure — 9 November 2023

With reference to the conversion of SPBRSL 20% Convertible Secured Bond, the company has informed that it has received a letter from Investment Corporation Bangladesh (ICB) requesting the conversion of BDT 120 crore into ordinary shares (according to the terms and condition stated in serial 02 of the sanction letter dated 20th June 2017) at the strike price as specified in their letter dated 22 October 2023 and also the letter (cont.1)
