(Continuation news of SEAPEARL): Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), and Shareholders in Annual General Meeting (AGM). As a result, the company's paid-up capital will be increased. This conversion will lead to a reduction in the company's debt burden by TK. 120 crore, resulting in savings in financial expenses of BDT 12 crore (approximately) per year.
