Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.11.2023 regarding conversion of Convertible Secured Bond to Ordinary Shares, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the raising of capital (paid-up capital & share premium) through the conversion of 20% convertible secured bonds amounting to Tk. 120 Crore (including premium) at a stipulated strike price [Tk. 10 as face value including share premium].
