SEAPEARL AGM Disclosure — 25 May 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 25 May 2025 has decided to hold the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 02 June 2025 at 10:30 AM (Dhaka Time) according to the Judgment and order dated 05 March 2025 by the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh of the Company Matter no. 146 of 2025 through Hybrid Platform i.e. combination of physical presence at Advanced Noorani Tower, 1 Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka-1212.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, ২৫ মে ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের ৫ মার্চ ২০২৫ তারিখের রায় এবং আদেশ অনুসারে, কোম্পানির ম্যাটার নং ১৪৬, ২০২৫, হাইব্রিড প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে অর্থাৎ অ্যাডভান্সড নূরানী টাওয়ার, ১ মহাখালী বা/এ, ঢাকা-১২১২-তে শারীরিক উপস্থিতির সমন্বয়ে ১৫তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম) ২ জুন ২০২৫ তারিখ সকাল ১০:৩০ মিনিটে (ঢাকা সময়) অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
