(cont. news of SEMLLECMF): Accordingly, the Fund commences its operation as an open-end mutual fund from 24 June 2026. On and from the said date, units of the Fund shall be transacted at the applicable price declared by the Asset Manager on its website (www.seml-bd.com), in accordance with the provisions of the Fund's prospectus and the applicable rules and regulations.
