The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the company from existing Tk. 1,000.00 crore to Tk. 1,500.00 Crore and to amend related clause of the Memorandum and Article of Association subject to approval from Bangladesh Bank and EGM of the Shareholders.
