With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 17.11.2016), the Company has further informed that according to the Succession Certificate, 22,95,895 shares, 53,57,089 shares and 6,77,959 shares (out of his total 53,57,089 shares, 6,77,959 shares are electronic shares and the remaining 46,79,130 are paper shares) of late Sponsor/Director Alhaj Mohammad Farooq, has been transmitted to his wife Mrs. Sanawar Bano and sons Mr. Mohammad Nawaz and Dr. Mohammad Yakub respectively.
