SHAHJABANK Corporate Disclosure — 4 April 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC has decided to purchase a land measuring 15.86 Katha at Sector-04, Road No-226, Plot No. 33, Purbachal New Town at a cost of BDT 24,58,30,000 (Twenty Four Crore Fifty Eight Lac and Thirty Thousand) only excluding the Registration cost and other related expenses subject to approval from Bangladesh Bank. The purpose of the purchasable land is for further extension of Head Office of the Bank.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে শাহজালাল ইসলামী ব্যাংক PLC-এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 24,58 টাকা ব্যয়ে সেক্টর-04, রোড নং-226, প্লট নং 33, পূর্বাচল নিউ টাউনে 15.86 কাঠা জমি কেনার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। 30,000 (চব্বিশ কোটি পঞ্চাশ লাখ ত্রিশ হাজার) শুধুমাত্র রেজিস্ট্রেশন খরচ এবং বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে অন্যান্য সম্পর্কিত খরচ ব্যতীত। ক্রয়যোগ্য জমির উদ্দেশ্য হল ব্যাংকের হেড অফিসের আরও সম্প্রসারণ।
