The Company has informed that "by an order dated 02.06.2014 of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, was pleased to pass an order for staying operation for a further period of 6 (six) months from date upon the BSEC Order/memo no. SEC/SRMIC/15/2012/504 dated 20.09.2012. The order of BSEC, dated 20.09.2012 was related to prohibiting the Sponsors and Directors shares of R.N. Spinning Mills Ltd. from selling/gifting/mortgaging or transferring in any other way until further order by BSEC".
