(Continuation news of RNSPIN): 2) Progress of factory resumption: As per decision of shareholders in the 17th AGM dated 21/12/2021 and the according news disseminated in the DSE web screen dated 25/01/2022 that the company had selected new location at Bhabanipur, Gazipur for re-establish of factory upon leased possession. Accordingly, the Board had decided to start civil construction upon confirmation of the lease land by undertaking required compliance where the lessor was (cont.3)

(আরএনএসপিএন-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): 2) কারখানা পুনরুদ্ধারের অগ্রগতি: 21/12/2021 তারিখের 17তম এজিএমে শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী এবং 25/01/2022 তারিখের ডিএসই ওয়েব স্ক্রীনে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুযায়ী কোম্পানিটি নির্বাচন করেছিল ইজারা দখলে কারখানা পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য ভবানীপুর, গাজীপুরে নতুন অবস্থান। তদনুসারে, বোর্ড যেখানে ইজারাদাতা ছিল সেখানে প্রয়োজনীয় সম্মতি গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে ইজারা জমির নিশ্চিতকরণের ভিত্তিতে সিভিল নির্মাণ শুরু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে (চলবে 3)
