(Continuation news of RNSPIN): with R.N. Spinning Mills Limited (RNSPIN) according to the terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation. According to scheme of Merger/Amalgamation, the merger shall be deemed to have been effective on the date that all the Conditions have been satisfied and the certified copy of the Order made by the High Court Division is filed with the RJSC for Merger (the "Effective Date").
