(Cont. news of RNSPIN): with R.N. Spinning Mills Ltd. (RNSPIN), as per the Judgment and Order of the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Dated on: 18th December, 2022 in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation. The company has also informed that following resolutions were passed: Resolution No. 01). Both the companies director were unanimously decided to amalgamate the Authorized (cont.2)
