The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on November 29, 2023 has taken, among others, the following decision which is as follows: "Resolution No. 02: A special resolution to change the name of the company- The meeting had a threadbare discussion to change the Name of the Company, thereafter the Board decided to change the name of the Company from "R.N. Spinning Mills Ltd." to "Smart Industries PLC" or any other name (cont.)
