SHARPIND Corporate Disclosure — 3 June 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned initial credit rating to the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, unaudited quarterly financial statement up to March 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ইসিআরএল) কোম্পানিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "বিবিবি" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "এসটি-৩" ক্রেডিট রেটিং দিয়েছে, সাথে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত ত্রৈমাসিক আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করেছে।
