The Company has also informed that Shasha Denims will take additional 18% shares of EOS Textile Mills Ltd. at a cost of Tk. 21,79,32,885.54 (total cost fixed by Bangladesh Bank Tk.121,07,38,253 for repatriate) with proportionate other actual cost. After this takeover, Shasha Denims Ltd. will hold 98% shares (80% earlier holdings + 18% new holdings) of EOS Textile Mills Ltd.(Cont.)
