With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 22.08.2019 regarding Information on acquisition of Shares of EOS Textile Mills Ltd., the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has revised the value to Tk. 121,07,38,253.00 instead of earlier approved value Tk. 110,68,35,000.00 considering the payer of the both parties (seller and buyers) of the Agreement to transfer of shares and to repatriate sale proceeds of the transfer of EOS Textile Mills Ltd.
