(continuation news of SHASHADNIM): Therefore the AGM will be held after closing the accounts on June 30, 2016 and within the calendar year 2016. Record date declared earlier i.e., May 03, 2016 for entitlement of 15% final cash dividend shall remain unchanged. 15% final cash dividend will be paid subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM.(end)
