SHASHADNIM Announces Management Change

(Continuation news of SHASHADNIM): The company further informed that the Board of Directors of EPCL decided to determine/ assess the fair value of fixed assets/ inventory as the operation of the company was suspended since July 2019 due to expiration of contract with BPDB. In this regard, M/S Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co. Chartered Accountants was appointed to determine/ assess the fair value of fixed assets/ inventory of EPCL. (cont. 3)
