The auditor of the Shasha Denims Limited has given the "Emphasis of matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June, 2022. Emphasis of matter: There has been observed a major change in Financial Statements of the group company during the year under audit arising out of compliance of IFRS 10 and IAS 36 in connection with Shasha Garments Ltd.& Energis Power Corporation Limited respectively.
