SHASHADNIM Corporate Disclosure — 1 February 2024

(Continuation news of SHASHADNIM): Reasons for deviation in EPS and NOCFPS: Consolidated EPS has been decreased due to increase of raw material cost, gas bill, electricity bill, BEPZA rent etc. during the period as compared to same period of last year. Consolidated NOCFPS has been decreased due to significant increase in Accounts receivables during the period. (end)
