SHASHADNIM Corporate Disclosure — 2 July 2025

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance rating of the Company as "AA3" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, un-audited financial statements of March 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) কোম্পানির দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সার্ভিল্যান্স রেটিং "AA3" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদী "ST-2" ঘোষণা করেছে, যার সাথে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ সালের অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ঘোষণা করেছে।
