The company has informed that Shasha Denims PLC under the Joint Venture Agreement (JV) awarded the tender for Development of Ghorashal Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Ghorashal flag Railway Station area through Design, Build, Finance, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer (DBFOMT) and will operate under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Bangladesh Railway. In this regard, a new company will be established specifically for the Ghorashal Inland Container Depot. (cont.)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, যৌথ উদ্যোগ চুক্তির (জেভি) আওতায় শাশা ডেনিমস পিএলসি ঘোড়াশাল পতাকা রেলওয়ে স্টেশন এলাকায় নকশা, নির্মাণ, অর্থায়ন, পরিচালনা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং স্থানান্তর (ডিবিএফওএমটি) এর মাধ্যমে ঘোড়াশাল অভ্যন্তরীণ কন্টেইনার ডিপো (আইসিডি) উন্নয়নের জন্য দরপত্র প্রদান করেছে এবং বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ের সাথে একটি পাবলিক প্রাইভেট পার্টনারশিপ (পিপিপি) এর অধীনে কাজ করবে। এই বিষয়ে, ঘোড়াশাল অভ্যন্তরীণ কন্টেইনার ডিপোর জন্য বিশেষভাবে একটি নতুন কোম্পানি প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হবে। (চলবে)
