(Continuation news of SHEPHERD): The Board has also agreed to purchase 15,500,000 Nos. of ordinary shares Tk. 10.00 for each share (face value) of Shepherd Jeans Limited by consideration of Land, Building and Machineries for the sum of Tk. 155,000,000. The Company has also informed that i) The reasons for declaration of bonus shares and utilization of such retained amount as capital. ii) The bonus shares is declared out of accumulated profit or share premium.
