The Company has informed that the Board of Directors approved the decision of amalgamation of the company with one of its sister concerns namely, Shepherd Textile (BD) Limited (STBL) whereby STBL will get amalgamated with the company and upon completion of the amalgamation of the company shall be the surviving entity.
