(Continuation news of SHEPHERD): It has been further resolved that upon issuance of a 'Certificate of Incorporation' by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms in new name, the old name of the Company will be replaced by the new name in all the Statutory Documents, Licenses and other relevant documents.
