(Cont. news of SHEPHERD): Cost of Land at the time of acquisition: Tk. 3.29 Crore. The aforesaid transaction will have an impact of Tk. 3.71 Crore, and accordingly, the Gross profit of the company will increase by Tk. 3.71 Crore, which will have a positive impact on the Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company. The completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining necessary approvals from RAJUK and the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Southeast Bank PLC. (end)
