SHEPHERD Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the shareholders to update their 12 digits e-TIN Number, Bank Accounts, Address, Mobile Number in the BO Account through their respective Brokerage Houses/DPs before the record date i.e., November 19, 2025. If anyone fails to update their e-TIN information before the record date, disbursement of respective dividend will be subject to deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) at the rate of 15% instead of 10% (in the case of individual) (cont.1)

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে যে, রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে অর্থাৎ ১৯ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখের আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ব্রোকারেজ হাউস/ডিপির মাধ্যমে বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে ১২ সংখ্যার ই-টিআইএন নম্বর, ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর আপডেট করুন। যদি কেউ রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে তাদের ই-টিআইএন তথ্য আপডেট করতে ব্যর্থ হন, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট লভ্যাংশ বিতরণের ক্ষেত্রে ১০% (ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে) এর পরিবর্তে ১৫% হারে অগ্রিম আয়কর (এআইটি) কর্তন করা হবে (অগ্রিম ১)।
