(Continuation news of SHURWID): The Board of Directors also decided to increase Authorized Capital of the company to Tk. 150 Crore (One Hundred and Fifty Crore) from 100 Crore (One Hundred Crore) out of which Tk. 50 Crore (Fifty Crore) divided into 5 Crore (Five Crore) preference shares of Tk. 10 each subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM of the Company.
