The Company has informed that the Board of Directors, unanimously, has taken the following decision: The Company has taken the following Special agenda of 13th AGM which will be held on May 24, 2018 as per the Hon'ble High Court Order: Reduction of the paid-up share capital @ 5:3 i.e. 3 shares against existing 5 shares of Tk. 10.00 each to the shareholders' subject to the approval of the competent Hon'ble Court as per section 59 read with section 60 of the Companies Act, 1994.
