The resignation of Mr. Anis Ahmed, Mr. Zahedul Hoque & Mrs. Sayda Saima Akhter from the post of Directors and the resignation of Mr. Monirul Islam Khan & Mr. Moniruzzaman Munshi from the post of Independent Directors of the Company was approved.
